The Suicide Flat

LOL i pass this biulding every day and everytime i think the same. But may i correct you no one lives up there, its a ware house and back in the day it was a loading platform as ships would sail down the Avon dock there and goods would be lifted from the deck into storage. So the structure is well used to surporting heavy loads.
