Well, I never intended to vanish in December and not log back in... But life is sometimes busier than I intend.
I had a hard balancing act of work and studying, then moving just after the new year on top of that... no internet until march followed by a second university module... for the first four months in my new house I barely had any free time at all, certainly none for photography and a few things had to give way to the excessive study sessions, games, internet sites I like... Once my internet was back, I opted not to log back in again until I knew I had the time to spend giving you all the attention you deserve.
So, half a year later, here I come...slinking back in one afternoon.
I've deleted everything in my devwatch, there was just too much there.
To anyone who has given me a devwatch or a like in the last six months I would like to say Thankyou!
I hope everyone is well.
Thats enough of this, time to go look at some arts.
It looks like I made it back from hospital... I would like to say unscathed, but that would be a lie.. I felt like i had been through the wars when I arrived home late on Sunday! It was a lovely place full with the most wonderful and patient nursing staff that anyone could ever want, but i spent most of the week in bed or shuffling about. I had forced the long suffering :iconkimberleyblackstar: into coming with me and staying in London all week. The high point in the week however was when Jenni came to visit me and took me for a lovely walk about the hospital and some coffee. Now that I am back at home, I can recover properly. Lots of bed rest while my body heals and some light exercise to help me not turn into a lilfattie while i'm in that bed! Unfortunately for the forseeable future that also means that my habit of takign a picture of everythign will have to stay on hold until i'm well enough to get out and about!
Thank you all for the lovely support messages last week.
Well, Finally after a few years, I'm going back to London again today to go to the hospital tomorrow. After four years of hard work, lots of frustration and having a whale of a time, i'm finally going to have my gender reassignment surgery on Monday! Depending on wether the hospital let me use a laptop or not and wether i can connect it, i nay or may not be online for the next week and a half. I'd like to thank everyone for all of the support you have given me over the last four years, especially in the early days when i was still trying to find myself.
I shall return home a new woman in a week and a bit!

So, 13 years of Deviantart...
It's my devious birthday today! Thirteen whole years have now passed since I invaded the world of DA.
A few of you have been watchers from the start and i'm sorry it seems sometimes like I ignore you, I never mean to, I just get so busy these days.
This next year, I hope to be slightly more active... I also hope to have some better pictures.
Mind you, if you look at my very early pictures, you can clearly see that I had absolutely no idea what photography was!
Here's to another thirteen. Love you all!
